A balanced pH keeps bad bacteria under control. But Black Queens naturally run a higher baseline pH, so that balance is disrupted more easily. Antibiotics make it worse, killing both bad and good bacteria, which is why odor and discharge keep coming back.
The Solution
Bromelain (pineapple stem enzyme, 2,400 GDU/g) dissolves that biofilm and exposes the bad bacteria underneath. We use active bromelain in capsule form, not low-potency "pineapple powder" like most brands use, and definitely not a gummy, as the heat used to set the gummy destroys any active enzyme from the bromelain before it even reaches packaging. You're left with just expensive candy.
STEP 2 - REPOPULATE
The Biology
Good and bad bacteria are constantly competing for the same space inside the vagina. Whichever one grows there more is the one that sticks. Good bacteria are exactly what probiotics are made of, so once the biofilm shield is broken down, introducing the right probiotics is how good bacteria claim that space. Probiotics taken without clearing that shield first still get attacked by bad bacteria and die off before they can multiply, so taking probiotics alone usually isn't enough.
The Solution

WHAT IS IT?
Bromelain is a standardized enzyme extract from pineapple stem, dosed at 2,400 GDU/g. Its job here is to dissolve the biofilm, the protective shield bad bacteria build around themselves, so it can be cleared before it protects further overgrowth.
Biofilms are protein-based structures that shield bad bacteria from probiotics, antibiotics, and the body's own defenses. Bromelain works by breaking down that protein layer, exposing the bacteria underneath so they're no longer protected.
Unlike whole pineapple powder, which contains low standardized enzyme content, our bromelain is potency-verified at 2,400 GDU/g and delivered in capsule form, avoiding the high-heat step gummies require, which denatures the enzyme before it reaches you.

WHAT IS IT?
A 4-strain probiotic blend that fills the space left behind once the biofilm is cleared, crowding out bad bacteria before they can come back. It includes clinically-studied L. rhamnosus GR-1, L. reuteri RC-14, and L. acidophilus, alongside Bacillus coagulans SNZ-1969®, a spore-forming strain with its own natural protective shell.
Most probiotic strains are fragile: stomach acid and competing bacteria destroy them before they can colonize.
