NOLIA Giveaway — Official Sweepstakes Rules
I. Sweepstakes Period
The "NOLIA Quarterly Apple Watch Series 11 Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of each calendar quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that same calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31) (each a "Promotion Period"). Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over into subsequent quarters. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.
II. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by New Island LLC, located at 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, 88380, Miami, FL, United States 33132.
III. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. [Confirm the excluded states with your attorney; many sponsors instead exclude or specially handle New York and Florida.] Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of NOLIA and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
IV. How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter via one of the following methods:
- Online Entry. Complete the entry form above and sign up.

Mail-In Entry. On a 3" x 5" card, handwrite:

- ZIP code,
- email address,
- date of birth.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the last day of the applicable Promotion Period, sent to:
NOLIA Giveaway, 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, 88380, Miami, FL, 33132, United States.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per quarter, per email address, and per household, regardless of entry method. Bulk entries or multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
V. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple Watch Series 11 (approximate retail value: $[PRIZE ARV, e.g., $399]). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
VI. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within the first week of the following quarter by employees or agents of NOLIA.
VII. General Conditions
If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless NOLIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
IX. Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the courts located in Boston, Massachusetts and governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
X. Privacy
Information submitted by participants is subject to NOLIA's Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.
XI. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner (available approximately two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days after the drawing date.
XII. Sponsor's Right to Modify
NOLIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
